Nothing Wasted Refund Policy

Nothing Wasted offers a money back guarantee on all unused and unopened products (excluding subscription products)  returned within 7 days of the date of invoice (the « Guarantee Period »). 


This return policy shall be applicable solely to Nothing Wasted products purchased directly via the Nothing Wasted website, Products purchased via 3rd party sites or stores will fall within their respective sellers policy. 


Prior to returning the product, a valid Order Return Number (« O.R. # ») must be obtained within the Guarantee Period by contacting the Nothing Wasted Customer Service via email


Unfortunately, no return will be accepted without first obtaining a Order Return Number. After obtaining a Order Return Number from the Customer Service Desk, the product must be returned, with the Order Return Number clearly marked on the outside of the box containing the product, to:

Nothing Wasted will not accept any product that is damaged or used and no refund will be made for the costs of the initial shipping of the product.


Nothing Wasted products which are marked as being included in a “Sale” or “Sale items” or similarly described, or Items on subscriptions, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.




Nothing Wasted Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be processed, within 31 days.  We may need to contact you further to make the necessary arrangements to process the refund.

Nothing Wasted Cancellations (sample pack)


When ordering a sample pack you are signing up to your chosen oral care pack. The sample pack contains 2 weeks of product for you to try, If you choose to not continue with your chosen pack subscription you can cancel within the first 10 days of your sample pack order. After the 10th day you will be enrolled onto your subscription program and will then default to our standard subscription cancellation terms


Nothing Wasted Cancellations (Standard Terms)


Our standard terms of cancellation help us and you understand how cancelling a subscription will work. In order to cancel a subscription we require written notification (either by email or mail) within the first 60 days of your first month of renewal.


E.g. First payment is made on 05/06/2020 for a 4 month subscription, the first renewal month would be 05/10/2020. You would have up until 05/11/2020 to cancel the submission.


Our products are sent in advance of full payment being received. Eg, If your monthly payments are £5 a month your total product cost would be £20 (£5 x 4 months). Therefore, if you decide to cancel your subscription you will be charged the amount to settle your outstanding balance remaining to fulfil the 4 months.


E.g. Products received in January, if cancellation is in February, based on the above example of £5 a month subscription you would need to pay £10 to clear your account for the products you have received. You will not be charged anything further post this payment.


We have tried to help manage our customers cash flow and therefore absorb the upfront cost of the products.

By knowing what we need to make and when we are able to keep our pricing as low as we possibly can allowing us to pass those savings on to our customers.
